This is one of my personal favorites. I wrote the text in my journal one morning after a rainstorm when my cat, Jack, and I were beginning our day both contemplating the beauty of the present moment and just a bit uneasy about the events of the day to come. I wrote in several colors for several layers and stayed on the same page in true WordLayers fashion. The colors of the text were so like the morning that I scanned the page into my computer and continued the layering process in the graphics program. The final result was turned into a 16"x20" poster and now hangs in my studio on Walnut Street.
